Hello, I am Jacqueline Christie, and I have navigated the complexities of life, including its challenges, trials, and tribulations. My experiences encompass marriage, divorce, the loss of loved ones, and the intricacies of managing relationships within blended families. I understand the struggles that can arise in relationships and the difficulty of coping with painful emotions. While life can be demanding, it is important to acknowledge that improvement is possible, and I am living proof of that. I am here to assist you on journey. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, I have been fortunate to gather a wealth of knowledge training. I hold qualifications in mental health and successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree in 2018. Additionally, I am qualified in and counseling, and I have pursued further studies in various areas, including DBT, LGBTQ+ issues, domestic violence radicalization, safeguarding, first aid, supervision, group work,-borne viruses, and medicine management. Colleagues and clients have described as warm, friendly, and empathetic. Unlike some counselors, I am not hesitant to offer advice when appropriate and to challenge clients when necessary. I believe that constructive challenge and guidance are essential components of meaningful change.

Counselling Fees

The fee for individual counseling sessions ranges from £50 to £75, addressing a variety of issues. Concessions are available for students and on low incomes. I effectively support clients dealing with challenges, including neurodiversity, relationship issues, low self-esteem and body image concerns. My focus is particularly on clients seeking personal growth or behavioral change. I provide instruction in essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, establishing boundaries, and building, among others. **Specialized Treatment for BPD/EUPD** I specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), offering a tailored 5-week intensive course aimed at helping individuals manage and thrive with these conditions. This bespoke program includes a support pack for ongoing assistance once the course concludes and affords participants additional access to me, their therapist. Recognizing the complexities associated with BPD, I have designed this course to specifically address the primary challenges of living with this disorder.
