J Christie Therapy - EUPD/BPD Programme
Private Counselling & Psychotherapy
Diagnosed or suspected BPD/EUPD. Now you need someone who truly understands it. Online therapy for women with EUPD/BPD - helping you manage overwhelming emotions, stop pushing people away, and start feeling like yourself again.

Does any of this sound familiar?
You feel emotions more intensely than everyone around you and you don't know how to make it stop
You push people away, even the ones you love
Your relationships feel unstable, exhausting, or have broken down completely
You've been given a diagnosis but the NHS waiting list is too long, or they have discharged you
You just want to feel "normal"
You are not broken. You are not too much. You have EUPD - with the right support, things can change
Could there be more to this diagnosis than you've been told?
Many of the women I work with arrive with a BPD or EUPD diagnosis - or strongly suspect they have it. But as we work together, something else emerges. If you were never diagnosed with ADHD or autism as a child - particularly if you're a woman who always felt different, struggled to fit in, found relationships confusing, or were told you were "too sensitive" or "too intense", there's a possibility that undiagnosed neurodivergence has played a significant role in how your emotional world developed
This connection between BPD/EUPD, ADHD and autism is only recently being understood. Many women are discovering it for the first time in their 30's, 40's and 50's

Hi I am Jacqueline Christie and I have spent years with people exactly like you
I am an integrative therapist with over two decades of experience - working with clients who have Emotionally Unstable Disorder also known and Borderline Personality Disorder
I work exclusively online, which means I can support women across the whole of the UK - wherever you are
I know that finding the right therapist isn't easy. Many therapist are not experienced at dealing with BPD. NHS support is often inadequate, not suitable or not accessible. And going through the process of opening up to someone, only to feel misunderstood or rejected, can only make things worse.
I have designed my programme specifically around what women with EUPD need - not generic talking therapy, but Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills (DBT) . Real tools, but also a deeper understanding of how to manage the symptoms of BPD
The Programme
What to Expect
This course is designed to support individuals seeking semi structured, personalised help in managing symptoms of borderline personality disorder (BPD), also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

Each session, you’ll receive a handout via email, forming a complete intervention pack by the end of the course for your ongoing reference. The course can be completed weekly or fortnightly.

Testimonials
Hear from our happy families
"Jacqueline is a very kind and caring counsellor with many years of experience. When I started counselling, I was losing myself in emotionally abusive relationship, I did not realise that was the reason why I was not happy. She helped me to clarify and articulate the origins of deeply embedded patterns of emotional abuse which I never realised.
Her gentle but very knowledgeable approach made me comfortable to talk to and I have gained some valuable insight about myself within 5 months. I am so grateful I found her!
I highly recommend her as a counsellor."
"Clicking on Jacqueline’s contact information was one of the best decisions I made in a long time! From the word go, she was a calming, helpful and guiding influence, in a time when I felt I was losing control of myself and a big bag of chaos. There is never any judgment from her or no talking down to you. She really does want to help you find the best you and go help you heal and deal with your issues! I never know from one session to the next what we are going to talk about. But I know I leave the session understanding me a bit better and happier within myself!
Honestly, Jacqueline
Thank you!!"
